Does it count if you buy it at the grocery store?
I must admit we are doing very well in sticking with the plan. However, because we are now cooking at home and not eating out, we are buying more groceries. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but I find that sometimes I will buy something at the grocery store just because I'm allowed. Well, the question is, "If it is processed at the grocery store, does that meet with the criteria of not going out to eat?" I bought some shrimp spring rolls. The are ready to eat. I did not have to cook and prepare. Is this just a way of going out to eat without going to a restaurant? Hmmm?
